Giving Voice Through Advocacy

Dear Members, Organizational Affiliates, Friends and Supporters of the GBBCC,
It is said that, 'the greatest challenges create the greatest opportunities,' in that vein, we are in the most opportune time in African American history. These opportunities are being created for small and minority owned businesses alike everyday.

This is a time, which reveals our layers of imperfection and seemingly insurmountable challenges. A time that highly rewards progressive thought, innovative ideas and our ability to utilize our richest personal and business assets. We must commit to the greatest use of these assets along with the fullest use of the technology at hand in order to consistently move forward.

It is with this concept in mind that we have chosen GIVING VOICE THROUGH ADVOCACY – Engaging Political and Economic Power Centers on Behalf of our Members as our 2020 business platform.

Our monthly meetings and professional business networking events provide the vehicles to allow you to share best practices, new procedures and network with those persons available to advance your business.

Always remember, the value of creating, developing and nurturing relationships and strategic alliances should never be underestimated, because in spite of all of the top shelf marketing available to us, people still do business with people they know and trust.

Therefore, I encourage you not to be better than your competition, but to be better than your greatest self. Be part of this collective movement towards Sustainable business and market success called the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce.

We look forward to seeing you at our next event.

Our Strength is in Our Numbers… Our Power is in Our Unity!

Peace and Prosperity,

GBBCC Leadership
